Standard 3 day registration:
Entry to all conference sessions, Cocktail Function, morning and afternoon teas, lunches, and conference satchel.
Day registration:
All conference sessions for one day, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, conference satchel and Cocktail function if registered on Friday
11th June 2010.
Nurse registration:
Nurse Programme, all conference sessions, morning and afternoon teas, lunch and Cocktail Function
Exhibitor registration:
All conference sessions, conference programme, list of participants, name
badges, morning and afternoon teas, lunch and Cocktail Function
Spouses registration:

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
All delegates will receive written confirmation of their conference registration once received and payment has been processed. Registration will not be processed unless accompanied by full payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations can only be received in writing, and incur a loss of 50% of registration fees up until Friday
28th May 2010. Later cancellations forfeit registration fees paid. Any other refunds are at the discretion of the organisers. Substitutions can be made. Please advise substitutions in writing. Substitutions are only valid when confirmed by Conference Matters
