GPs are often the first point of contact for parents who are concerned that there is something not right about one or more aspects of their child's development or behaviour. This presentation aims to help GPs begin the process of unravelling the sometimes subtle and often complex presentations of the so called neurodevelopmental conditions, so that referrals can be made in a timely way to the right services.

This presentation will cover some of the common developmental and behavioural presentations in preschool and primary school aged children.

Topics to be covered include:
• An update on ADHD and its management
• Developmental delays in the preschool child
• Autism Spectrum disorder
• Intellectual Disability and specific learning difficulties
• Dyspraxia

The session will conclude with a half hour panel discussion to provide an opportunity to ask questions about cases.
