What does it look like?
How is it relevant to my practice as a GP?
How can my Practice Nurse be involved?
How do my clients access such a service?
When is the right time to refer?
What do I do with my clients once they have been through such a programme?
These questions will be answered in a two hour interactive workshop where specific rheumatological and chronic pain conditions, especially high end cases that complicate a GP practice, can be discussed.
Our approach is holistic.
